If you are having problems with our site, please note the following:

  • This site uses cookies; you must have cookies enabled in your browser to use most features in our site.
  • The site is best viewed in a resolution of 1024x768 or better.

If you are having problems using your software, check:

  • Is the software activated?  Our programs run in feature-limited demonstration mode until you activate them successfully
  • Are you unable to activate online?  If so, please contact us via email or phone and we will help you.  Our activation system limits the number of times you can activate the same software license
  • Did your software lose it's activation due to a major hardware or software upgrade?  Simply contact us and we'll help you activate the software manually.

Product-Specific:

  • Forgot your preferences password?  You'll need to uninstall and reinstall the application.
  • Graphics too large or too small?  Look at Preferences and try changing the font size and ball size.
  • Looking for supplemental equipment to work with our products?  Please contact us via email and we'll be glad to work with you to find appropriate projectors, video extenders, etc.
